I teach SOMA Breath. SOMA Breath uses an energising blend of ancient breathwork techniques and innovative 'Breathe in Beats' technology to help you realise and unleash your full human potential.

Come to each session wearing comfortable clothes.
All breathwork techniques should be done on an empty stomach. Avoid eating a full meal at least 1-2 hrs before the session.
For online, you want to find a quiet space for you to relax.
For in person, you may want to bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on, pillow or cushion and a blanket.
Hypnotherapy is a gentle way of helping you make positive changes by working with your subconscious mind. It uses relaxation and focused attention to support change in thoughts, habits, and emotions.
No. You’re awake the whole time. Hypnosis feels more like being deeply relaxed and focused, like daydreaming or getting lost in a good book.

Yes. Online sessions work very well if you have a quiet, private space and a good internet connection.
