Hello, I’m Arch.
If you’ve been holding it together for a long time, functioning, capable, responsible; yet feel tired, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode, you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with arrive here feeling outwardly strong, and internally depleted.
I help people who are ready to move from survival into steadiness, from coping into choice, and from self-doubt into grounded self-trust.
My background spans nearly 25 years in the medical field, alongside lived experience as a financially independent lone parent. I understand stress not just intellectually, but physiologically and how it lives in the nervous system, shapes behaviour, and quietly limits how safe we feel in our own bodies.
The work we do together is practical, embodied, and human.
Through Breathwork, I support you to regulate your autonomic nervous system, helping your body move out of chronic fight, flight, or freeze and into a state of calm, safety, and vitality. When the body feels safe, the mind becomes clearer, and movement, emotional and the physical becomes possible again.
Through Coaching, we integrate this regulation into real life: boundaries, relationships, confidence, and decision-making. This isn’t about positive thinking or pushing through. It’s about learning how to respond rather than react, and how to live from alignment instead of effort.

Alongside my co-founder Sital, I co-lead We Thrive Wellness, a grounded space for people ready to reconnect with themselves in a way that is safe, supported, and sustainable.
This work is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you feel at home in yourself again; steady, resourced, and able to meet life as it is.
